Digital Workplace solution was introduced there with the help of Linkers back in 2015. It has substituted legacy intranet site, which was completely outdated and not a bit user-friendly.
Jive Software-powered intranet was launched there in 3 months with senior executives actively engaged. Weekly status meetings with CEO, CIO, HRD and Chief Digital Officer had proved to be fruitful for this project. Upon its first anniversary, Digital Workplace of Beeline Kazakhstan was recognized with prestigious HR Brand Asia Award 2016.
Such great success has fueled the decision to implement Jive on Eurasia level and substitute all 7 local intranets with unified solution – to make ambitious digital transformation tasks possible.
